04. Selection of plastic coated injection molding machine
According to different product structures, size requirements and appearance standards, different injection molding machines are selected. Each type of injection molding machine has its own advantages and disadvantages. Some injection molding processing costs are low, and all injection molds are very expensive; Some have superior production efficiency, but the size deviation fluctuates greatly; Some sizes have stable performance, but the production efficiency is not high. When customizing products, injection molding, two-color injection molding and plastic injection molding all need to be used. It is impossible to adopt a single injection molding form and different injection molding processes to meet the functional requirements of products.
05. Application of ordinary plastic coating injection molding machine
Two color plastic injection molding: plastic plastic plastic, appearance products, waterproof structure, chassis panels and products with stable size are widely used.
Vertical plastic coated injection molding: Hardware plastic coated products with strict size and difficult plastic coated positioning are widely used.
Two position rotary vertical injection molding machine: large quantity, inconvenient placement of rubber coated accessories, and difficult positioning of rubber coated products are more used.
Horizontal injection molding machine: there is no problem with the positioning of plastic coated parts, and it can be used without troublesome operation.
06. Precautions for plastic coated injection molding
No matter what kind of injection molding machine is used, the injection molding machine needs to be selected according to the difficulty of product function, injection molding operation, accessory positioning and so on. Different injection molds of injection molding machines are also different. It is best to find an experienced injection mold factory with the same type of samples to assist in the selection of injection molding machines and the design of plastic coated injection molds.
Plastic coated injection mold needs to consider the size of plastic coated accessories, plastic coated injection molding processing, mold accuracy, product positioning, operation and placement. The dimensional accuracy is twice that of ordinary injection mold.
